As Webster states, Property Management is truly an art form, merging efficient operations with the human element of interpreting a customer’s desires for their property; withing the confines of an operating budget. Whether it be a Commercial Property, an Office Building, or a HOA, or a Condominium a Townhouse Property, they all have similarities, and they all have a desire for better performance and better customer experience of where they choose to spend this time.

 

All investments, however, depend on a revenue stream and for without the revenue, the investment has very little value. At NFC we get it! Property Management is a people business, and whenever interaction occurs between people, is where the art form begins, be it Tenants, Residents or Vendors.

 

At NFC Real Estates Services, LLC; Property Management Division, we have been managing properties for over 30 years. Due to our long-standing relationships, we have with many of our property owners, we believe our passion for detail, personal commitment to excellence is second to none.

 

We are not a franchise nor a cookie cutter business. The Principal, Nick Ferraro, prides himself on being “old school”. In his mind and in the minds of our team “old school “means, attention to details, delivering goods and services as promised, being punctual, retuning calls and following up on assignments. It’s the simple things in business that form the basis for quality property management, and we deliver.

 

The second definition Webster describes in management, is judicious. We see your property through your eyes, with all you passion. We are frugal and believe the bidding process is healthy for the properties we serve as well as Ownership group who pay our fees.

 

We are fair to all the people we meet on your behalf, whether they are our Tenants or Homeowners. They are always number 1 to us. We are the face of your property and in many cases, we are the only face the public sees; at the property, at the Building Department or in the Court House, we are you and we will always treasure that relationship.

 

In addition, our accounting systems are second to none. We use the latest technology to account for your monies offering a monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Bank Reconciliation Reports, and a host of subsidiary ledgers to support each report. It’s a serious matter to us to account for your funds as well as the funds given to us by your Tenants and Residents.

 

We hold the necessary licenses; as a Florida Real Estate Broker, and Community Manager to ensure compliance with the State of Florida and we are insured.
