Manufactured Housing

Mr. Ferraro began his career in the Manufactured Housing Industry in 1990 as Operations Manager for Brandywine Mobile Home Community Services. Mr.Ferraro, with a team of legal and financial experts, traveled the State of Florida providing seminars to residents and Homeowners Associations within Mobile
Home Communities promoting the benefits of Resident Ownership.

 

In 1994, after the conversion of Mobile Americana (Americana Cove today) Nick started his own company NFC Property Management, specializing in property management and community sales within the communities he served. Since that date Mr. Ferraro has managed over 3,500 Co-Operative home sites and filled hundreds of vacant home sites generating new revenue for the Associations he managed.

 

Mr. Ferraro continues to strive for excellence in the management field as an advocate of Senior’s living in Manufactured Housing Communities. Today his Company services not only Co-Op Mobile Home Communities but Rental Mobile Home Communities under F.S. 723, Single Family Site-Built HOA’s F.S 720, and Condominiums governed under F.S. 718.

 

Mr. Ferraro was appointed to the Pinellas County Mobile Home Task Force in 2003 to study Manufactured Housing to satisfy affordable housing within Pinellas County and was the recipient of the prestigious “Bill Hart” award given by the Florida Manufactured Housing Association (FMHA).

 

Mr. Ferraro also served his community in the capacity of Chairman of the City of St. Petersburg Planning Commission and had served as an Ambassador for the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and is a Chamber member today.
