Mr. Ferraro began his career in the Manufactured Housing Industry in 1990 as Operations Manager for Brandywine Mobile Home Community Services. Along with a team of legal and financial experts, he traveled across Florida, providing seminars to residents and Homeowners Associations within Mobile Home Communities to promote the benefits of Resident Ownership.

In 1994, after the successful conversion of Mobile Americana (now Americana Cove), Mr. Ferraro established NFC Property Management. His company specializes in property management and community sales, having managed over 3,500 Co-Operative home sites and filled hundreds of vacant home sites, generating new revenue for the associations he managed. NFC Property Management Division has over 20 years of experience in all phases of the manufactured housing industry, servicing the needs of both investor groups and resident owners. Under Dealer relationships, NFC provides sales services for both new and resale homes in conjunction with property management services.

Mr. Ferraro`'s dedication to excellence is recognized through his appointment to the Pinellas County Mobile Home Task Force and his receipt of the prestigious "Bill Hart" award from the Florida Manufactured Housing Association (FMHA). He has also served as Chairman of the City of St. Petersburg Planning Commission and as an Ambassador for the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating his commitment to community service and leadership.
